the CREA personnel's activities it is foreseen, under customer's
request, the possibility to train customer's personnel during the
initial critical phase or when the resources are limited.
The
trained customer's personnel can know the details of the characteristics
of the product as much as the best techniques to also transfer his
knowledge to other colleagues.
Telephonically,
by e-mail or with the direct intervention of our personnel, the
queries of the customers are satisfied as soon as they rise.

Additionally,
our support is sustained by a service of remote diagnostic, concerning
the physical system analysis reconstructed, through the receipt
of the interchange files by e-mail, at CREA. Just determined and
resolved the problems, the same files will be again returned, by
e-mail, to the customer, that will be able to profitably continue
in his analyses.
